Episode 4 DHATour Podcast Series: Connecting to Our Lifeline

Welcome to Episode 4 ("Connecting to Our Lifeline") of the Podcast Series "What Really Helps: Bike+RV+Dog=50 States. In this week's podcast, we take a planned break from cycling, but it's not a time to rest! We travel between West Point, where Doug finished the most recent leg of the Tour, and Northern Virginia/DC. We drive down late 23 Oct 2010 to finish/repair our RV and car wraps and to attend the Association of the US Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting events. Next, we hurry back to West Point for our 30th Class reunion events that end on 30 Oct 2010. Doug does get in one 28+ mile ride with classmates. We have a wonderful, exhausting week that sets us up with great connections who support us many times during the rest of the Tour. How did I hang in there for all 52 weeks.
