**"BIRCD" or Big Island Resource Conservation and Development Council, INC is our Fiscal Sponsor without which we could not hold our parade. The Council is incorporated and a registered non-profit within the State of Hawai'i. It is also a tax-exempt, 501(c) (3) organization by Internal Revenue Service determination. Their vision is to conserve, enhance, and promote the economic, cultural, and natural environment of Hawai'i. There are 375 RC&D's across the nation helping communities and groups like ours succeed.
